General descrition
Sleeve compensator is a compensation device for the thermal fluid pipeline. It is mainly used for the axial thermal expansion displacement absorption compensation after the auxiliary of the straight line pipeline. It is a compensator installed directly in any pipeline conveying unidirectional or multidirectional fluid without corrosion. There are mainly sleeve (core tube), shell, sealing materials and other components.
Working principle
The expansion joint of the non-thrust sleeve is a dense ring steam chamber, which is cleverly used in the design structure by using PASCAL's theory in fluid mechanics. This chamber has two ring pressure surfaces, one is the fixed end face of the chamber, the other is the ring surface of the telescopic pipe shoulder sealed in the chamber, and the telescopic pipe is movable.The area of the movable annular compression surface is exactly equal to the cross-sectional area of the telescopic tube. When the compensator works, under the action of the medium pressure, the pressure on the annular surface and the cross-sectional area of the telescopic tube are equal, but in opposite directions, so the two pressures cancel each other out.In this way, only the friction force of the compensator to compress the packing is considered in the design of the support, and in the calculation of the thrust of the fixed support, the thrust caused by the pressure of the working medium is no longer calculated.Therefore, the fixed support is a load-reducing support, which can save a lot of support materials, and also save manpower and financial resources.

When selecting the compensator, the nominal diameter DN shall prevail. The outer diameter of the designed pipeline shall be the same as the inner and outer diameters in the parameter list, with the allowable error ≤3mm.
