There is an American customer who has always liked our exhaust flex pipes and is one of our loyal customers. Later, at one point, he noticed that we still had turbine bellows and due to business needs, he wanted to try new product promotion.
You know, this is a win-win situation for us. We are very happy to establish new product connections with him, which not only expands the types of products we cooperate with but also deepens our cooperation. And for our American customer, he likes our quality and price, which can create better value for him, so both of us want to work together to open up the market for this new product——turbine bellow.
Under this circumstance, we started a small batch of trial order to test the market response of turbine bellows. At the beginning, he affirmed and loved the quality of our products as always, and fortunately the products were very popular, which seemed to indicate that we could start cooperation with large-volume orders. Unfortunately, one day he suddenly contacted and said that he had a customer who was inquiring about Stronger turbine bellows, but ours was too flexible and did not satisfy his customer. This phenomenon immediately attracted our attention, and striving for excellence to satisfy our customers is our pursuit. So we communicated with he at that time to understand more detailed information, such as hardness requirements, usage scenarios, environmental conditions, the role of stronger or the ultimate goal that customer want to achieve, etc.. Then based on the information learned, our engineers try to produce stronger turbine bellows that meets the needs of their customers.

By using materials of different thicknesses, extending the edges at both ends of the turbine bellows, and reducing the number of waves, etc., we successfully produced stronger turbine bellows that satisfied his customer. This means that in addition to regular styles, we also have stronger styles, which allows us to meet the needs of American customer while increasing the selection of other customers, opening up more possibilities for our business.
